THE LEADERSHIP SHIFT
The coaching is built around your pattern. Not a generic curriculum.
Most leadership coaching starts with goals. This starts with the pattern running underneath them — the survival-driven behavioral program shaping how you handle pressure, people, and decisions before you've made a conscious choice about any of it.
THE FOUNDATION
Before the engagement begins, you take the PI Assessment.
Every leader has a behavioral pattern that formed early and activates automatically under pressure. It's running your leadership whether you're aware of it or not.
The PI Assessment is a 20-scenario instrument that identifies your dominant pattern, how it formed, what it costs you, and where it overrides your judgment. That profile becomes the foundation of everything that follows.
HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS
10–12 weeks. Built around what the assessment reveals.
Week 1 begins with the assessment results. We name the pattern, look at where it shows up in your current leadership context, and establish what we're working toward. From there, the sessions follow what's actually live for you — a decision that's sitting unresolved, a conversation you've been avoiding, a dynamic with your team that keeps repeating.
The pattern identified in the assessment is what every session returns to. When it activates in a real situation, we can name it precisely — the specific program that's running and why. Naming it accurately is what makes a different choice possible.
WEEK 1
Assessment + arc
Results reviewed together. Pattern named in your specific leadership context. Coaching arc established.
WEEKS 2 - 9
Real-time work
Sessions follow what's live. Pattern named as it activates. New choices built in real situations.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
15-min WhatsApp
When something comes up that can't wait. For thinking something through before you act — not for processing.
WEEKS 10–12
Consolidation
Capacity to see the pattern and choose differently is reinforced. Leadership identity stabilized.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Three kinds of leaders do this work.
◎ Founders who have moved from doing to leading
You've hired people, built a team, taken on real authority. The skills that got you here aren't the ones the role now requires — and working harder isn't changing that.
◎ Newly promoted leaders navigating first authority
Managing people you used to work alongside. Making decisions without the certainty you're used to having. Carrying a weight the role brought that nobody prepared you for.
◎ High-performing professionals who are working hard and still not moving
The friction is coming from how you lead, not how much you're doing. Something underneath is creating the same problems in different situations.
This is not the right fit for someone looking for advice, tactics, or accountability coaching. The work is reflective, structured, and demands honesty about what's actually happening.

30 minutes, no commitment. We'll talk about what's happening in your leadership, look at your pattern if you've already taken the assessment, and determine whether this work makes sense for you now.
If you haven't taken the PI Assessment yet, you can do that before the call or we can walk through it together. Either way works.
