This 30-minute consultation is a focused, confidential conversation designed to understand your leadership context, challenges, and goals. We’ll explore what you’re navigating right now—such as increased responsibility, decision pressure, leadership transitions, or internal friction—and determine whether executive coaching is the right next step. This is not a coaching session and no advice will be given. Instead, it’s a space for clarity, alignment, and assessing fit. If we decide to move forward, I’ll outline how a structured coaching engagement could support your development. If not, you’ll leave with greater clarity about what you need next.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy By scheduling a consultation appointment with Cognitura Coaching, you agree to the following Scheduling and Cancellation Policy. Scheduling Consultation appointments must be scheduled in advance through the official scheduling platform. An appointment is considered confirmed once the booking process is completed and a confirmation email is issued. All appointment times are based on the time zone selected at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct time zone. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time using the scheduling link provided in the confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because consultation appointments are complimentary and limited in availability, late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed appointments may result in restricted access to future consultation bookings at Cognitura Coaching’s discretion. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late, the consultation will conclude at the originally scheduled end time in order to respect subsequent appointments. Consultation Nature Consultation appointments are exploratory in nature and do not establish a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship is created only upon execution of a separate written Coaching Agreement signed by the parties. Force Majeure Cognitura Coaching reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of illness, emergency, technical disruption, or events beyond reasonable control. Agreement to Policies By scheduling a consultation appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to Cognitura Coaching’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and this Scheduling Policy.
